Kai E. Jacobs | Partner

Kai Jacobs is an experienced litigator, whose practice covers a broad range of business and finance-related matters. He graduated from Tulane University in 1990 magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English and History and graduated from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1993. Having handled all phases of business related litigation, Kai is well-versed in matters of contract, business torts, lender liability, banking litigation, employment rights, inter-corporate disputes, intra-corporate governance matters, and probate litigation. He is admitted to practice in all of Florida’s trial and appellate courts and, although he is based in Miami, his practice regularly involves matters pending in other parts of the state and country. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. In addition, Kai handles matters pending before the American Arbitrations Association and FINRA. He has been named to Florida Trend’s Legal Elite in both 2011 and 2013.
