Mara D. Geronemus

Mara Geronemus focuses her practice on corporate law and business transactions, representing public and private companies of all sizes, from start-ups and closely held family businesses to large and established corporations.  Advising her clients on every aspect of daily business operations, Mara often assumes the role of their in-house counsel.  Her abundant experience in connection with a variety of transactional matters, including corporate formation, contract preparation and negotiation, corporate governance and compliance, is in constant demand.  She has represented private equity firms, corporate officers, directors & board members and financial institutions in matters involving securities law, securities litigation, finance, real estate, commercial litigation and SEC actions and investigations, in both New York and Florida.
