• NIL and endorsement agreements. We review, negotiate, and draft name, image, and likeness agreements, brand partnerships, and school and collective agreements.
• Eligibility and compliance. Before an athlete signs an agreement, transfers, or hires a representative, we explain how that decision could affect eligibility and reporting obligations. We also work with compliance offices when questions arise, and we help guide our clients through that process.
• Agent and advisor relationships. We review representation agreements, fee structures, and termination rights. We also help families screen agents, marketing representatives, and financial advisors before entering into agreements.
• Business formation and brand protection. We set up and maintain business entities for athletes’ income and ventures. We secure and protect athletes’ intellectual property rights by registering trademarks for their names, nicknames, logos, and brands, and by enforcing their rights against unauthorized use of their name, image, and likeness.
• Contract disputes and advocacy. We advise on scholarship and revenue-sharing agreements and represent athletes in disputes with schools, brands, and former representatives.
